Gilles Goyette was born in a small village in France, grew up in northern Quebec and Ontario, and lives in Toronto, Canada. He is a self-taught poet, visual artist and soundpainter. The crisis project is his first collaboration with david tin mouth. At present, he is creating a book of alphabet paintings entitled The Warsaw Woman Bonfires which will be published by press press press.
